Jeanette M Wehrwein

Jeanette Marie Wehrwein, 43, of Port Huron, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 after an 18 month battle with cancer.

She was born December 1, 1971 in Port Huron. She married Frederick Wehrwein Jr. on December 9, 1994 in Port Huron.

Jeanette was a manager with Walmart for over 20 years. She enjoyed ceramic painting, crafts and gardening and loved animals, especially her cats.

She is survived by her husband, Fred; a daughter, Kayla Wehrwein; a son, Andrew Wehrwein; her mother, Barbara (John) Hlavaty; her father, Ted (Judy) Morrison Sr.; her grandmothers, Viola Odle and Betty Scott; siblings, Richard (Rachel) Scott, Mandy (Matthew Sr.) Emerick, Ted (Kandie) Morrison Jr., Terry (Cindy) Morrison, Stephanie (Brent) Arnold and Christopher Scott; mother-in-law, Kathy Gardner; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Odle Sr. and Kenneth Scott; father-in-law, Frederick Wehrwein Sr.; aunt, Lynn Prevost; and cousin, Deborah Denby Parker.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in First United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Rev. William Wright will officiate.
