Shirley J Williams

Shirley Joann Williams, 80, of Grant Township, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 2, 2015.

She was born July 20, 1935 in Johnson City, Tennessee and came to Michigan as a young child.

Mrs. Williams was employed at Pine River Plastics prior to her retirement. She was a member of Columbus Baptist Church and the Women of the Moose Chapter #99.

She is survived by her husband, James Williams; seven children, Randall Foshie, Rusty (Janie) Corry, Sandra Kelley, Debbie (Larry) Donaghy, Shirley (Larry Bark) Hill, Terri (Brian) Solomon, and Tammy (Charles) Silver; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Keith Foshie; mother, Mary Ruth Elswick and sister, Louise Cutcher.

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Paul J. Murphrey will officiate.

Burial will be in Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township.

Memorials may be made to Columbus Baptist Church.
