Gloria McFadden

Gloria Jean McFadden, 87, of Clyde Township, died Friday, June 30, 2017.

She was born December 12, 1929 in Detroit to the late William and Vera Zuehlke. She married Wesley Bruce McFadden on January 17, 1948 in First United Methodist Church.

Mrs. McFadden graduated from Port Huron High School and was employed as a nurses’ aide until she started her family. She was a long time member of First United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School and participating with the church women’s groups.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Bruce: five children, Cathy (Ben) Raymo, Sue McFadden, Bruce (Lora) McFadden, Keith McFadden and Greg McFadden; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill (Kay) Zuehlke; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ken (Izzie) Paul, Madeline McCaw and Marilyn McFadden; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norman and Earla McFadden; siblings, Eleanor Paul, Sid (Frances) Zuehlke, Bob (Dorothy) Zuehlke.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Rev. LuAnn Rourke will officiate.

Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.
