Ruth J Shepherd

Ruth J. Shepherd, 78, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

She was born March 3, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Roy and Jennett Kelly. She married William J. Shepherd. He preceded her in death on February 10, 2012.

Ruth was employed as a nurse’s aid for many years.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Steph) Stebbins of Jasper, Georgia, Richard (Mary Rose) Stebbins and Ronnie (Sherry) Stebbins, both of Port Huron, and Ray (Tonia) Stebbins of Pennington Gap, Virginia; sister, Marcena Todd; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sons, Ralph and Roger Stebbins, and nine siblings.
