Oscar J Young, III

Oscar Jose Young III, 3 months, died April 10, 2019.

He was born January 3, 2019 in Detroit. Oscar, who was also known as Lil Jose, Mither, Tito, Lil Q and Sunny, lived a short but happy life. He loved watching his sister play and giving kisses. He would watch his dad play games and loved to cuddle with his mom and family. He would always reach for his stuffed bears while in his swing. Lil Jose went home to heaven knowing he wasn’t here for long.

He is survived by his parents, Qwolishawn and Oscar Young II; siblings, Nicholas, Vada, Gabriella and Aurora; grandparents, Billie Jo Sanchez, Matthew Howard, Oscar Young I, and Michelle Young; great grandparents, Henry and Deborah Sanchez; and many cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an infant sibling; Grandma Ramona Jackson; Great Grandma Agustina Sanchez; and many other loving family members.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Griswold Street Baptist Church.
