Obituary

On the morning of Thursday, November 4, 2021, Elizabeth Ann Jamison, 93, of Port Huron, passed from this life to join her Lord and Savior.

She was born on March 22,1928 in Capac to parents Noble and Myrtle Hunter. She married Donald Jamison on May 13, 1947 in Capac.

Elizabeth graduated from Capac High School in June of 1946. She was a longtime member of Griswold Street Baptist Church, where she served many years as the president of the Women’s Missionary Circle. She served as an officer for many years with the Blue Water Girl Scout Council.

She was very much loved by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Donald Jamison; children, Mary Leone (Les), Donald Jamison (Patricia), Linda Wardell (Kevin), Patricia Krass, and Janet Carmody (Edward); her grandchildren, Anne Anderson (Phil), Rachel Mangiavellano (Bryan), Daniel and David Jamison, Amy Willis (Chad), Brandon Wardell (Jessica) , Justin Wardell (Madeline), Alan Krass (Jennie), Karl Krass, Kari Zawada (Shannon) and Keith Krass (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Nathan and Isaac Mangiavellano, Daniel, Steven, Kaitlyn and Ashton Jamison, Elliot, William and Cecilia Wardell, Kevin, Kayden, Kiersten, Lukas, Charis and Jake Krass, Luke, Mae and Jay Willis, and Ethan, Logan and Lillian Zawada. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noble and Myrtle Hunter; sister, Barbara Wendt; brother, Alan Hunter; son-in-law, Kevin Krass; and Daniel Jamison’s spouse, Charlene Jamison.

Services will be held for the immediate family.

Memorials can be sent in Elizabeth’s name to either Griswold Street Baptist Church or the Blue Water Humane Society. Cards can be sent to Donald Jamison in care of Tomlinson Assisted Living in Jeddo.
