Dora M Stuller

Dora Mae Stuller, 90, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013.
She was born August 9, 1922 in Port Huron to the late George and Luella Crackel. She married Robert L. Stuller on August 5, 1939 in Angola, Indiana. He died July 11, 2012 after 72 years of marriage.
Mrs. Stuller retired from North American Benefit Association in 1981 and was a member of NABA Review #1. She had previously worked at Erd Marshall Coat Factory and Konops Apron Factory.
Dora met her husband at a roller rink and together they performed at area rinks just for the fun of it and they continued skating into their senior years. She was an accomplished seamstress, loved to bake, especially pies, knit, crochet, taught ceramics and in her later years her days were devoted to porcelain doll making. She loved animals and had rescued or adopted many during her lifetime. Dora also donated her time and expertise to her church, 4-H, and the Evangelical Home.
She is survived by two daughters, Roberta (Robert) Streeter and Janice (Frank) Nicholson, all of Fort Gratiot; a son, Charles (Carol) Stuller of Arizona; eight grandchildren, Eliece Francek, Lynne (Brady) Beelman, Dirk (Lesa Brown) Oussoren Jr., Judy (Pete) Schofield, Charles (Lisa) Stuller, Christopher Stuller, Julie Nicholson and Harvey Nicholson; eleven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a brother, George Crackel Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in late May in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association, Medilodge of Port Huron or Great Lakes Hospice.
The family would like to acknowledge and thank the entire staff of Medilodge for their loving and compassionate care of Dora these past six plus years.
