Maria R Jones

Maria Rosario Jones, 78, of Marysville died October 15, 2013 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.

She was born August 20, 1935 in Bilbao, Spain to the late Francisco and Pilar Ortuondo. She married Donald Roy Jones on April 18, 1957 in Bordeaux, France and they have been area residents since 1975.

Maria is survived by her husband, Donald; son, Jose A. Jones; daughter, Natalie (Tom) Mireau; grandchildren, Jeffrey Jones, Angela Mireau and Nathan Mireau; sister, Pilar Semidey of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday in the Marysville Funeral Home and from 10 am until the time of service Friday at church.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday, October 18, 2013 in Marysville Assembly of God. Pastor Jim Turner will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverlawn Cemetery.
