Lucille V Stebbins

Lucille Viola “Vi” Stebbins, 72, of Fort Gratiot, died Sunday, November 6, 2016.

She was born April 29, 1944 in Port Huron to the late Sherman and Mabel Bennett. She married Wayne Stebbins in 1972. He died October 15, 1998.

Mrs. Stebbins was active with American Legion Charles Hammond Post 8 Auxiliary. She was a beloved and devoted grandmother who was always there for her family. For the past ten years, she was the official life guard for the Indian Trails Mobile Home Park pool where she enjoyed helping the children. She also volunteered at the Senior Center.

She is survived by five children, Stacie Walsh, Kelly Fultz, Michelle (John) Kutrybala, Donald Kota and Mary Beth Kota (Mustafa Aboharb); Denise Diller, who was like a daughter to Vi; 15 grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron and Dalton Walsh, Demiree (Hunter) Potter, Branson Hachey, Kathryn, Lindsay, Ian, Racheal and Justin Kutrybala, Adam, Mohamed, Ayah, Sakenah and Zahed Aboharb; three great grandchildren, Hailey, Cooper and Kinsley; and many loyal and loving friends.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Pastor Dean Randall will officiate.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
