Violet E Keil

Violet E. Keil, 89, Port Huron, died Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Marwood Manor.

She was born March 20, 1930 in Port Hope to the late Albert and Elsie Schmidt. She married William Keil on January 15, 1949 in Port Hope. He died October 26, 1984.

Vi was a member of Holy Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church and Blue Water Aerie #3702 Fraternal Order of Eagles.

She is survived by two sons, Dale Keil, Ronald Keil and two daughters, Gail (Ed) Toles and Diane Knowlton; six grandchildren, Trevor(Ericka) Toles, Tonya Toles, Todd (Rachael) Toles, Jason (Leah) Keil, Jaime (Derick) Manley and Ryan Knowlton; 13 great grandchildren, Keileigh McConnell, Taylor Toles, Rochelle Toles, Wyatt Swantec, Cameron, Chase and Cora Toles, Christian and Reagan Keil, Sierra, Keil, and Brenden Knowlton, and Janessa Evanson; and a sister, Alvina Rosentreter. She was preceded in death by siblings, Loretta Thrushman, June McCoy, Ernest Schmidt and Howard Schmidt.

Inurnment will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township at a later date.
