Grant Donyea McCoy, 48, of Port Huron, died Thursday, February 25, 2021.
He was born September 11, 1972 in Detroit to the late Jimmy Dickinson and Dollie McCoy.
Grant was a chef for many years. He enjoyed playing poker, singing, cooking and spending time with his family. He loved the Lord, was also quite the ladies’ man and had a beautiful smile.
He is survived by his children, Torri McCoy Watson, Devin McCoy Watson, Grant D. McCoy Jr., and Joshua McCoy; five grandchildren; sisters, Katrina McCoy and Dawn (Thomas) Johnson; brothers, Jimmie (Melanie) McCoy and Anton Kirschke; many nieces and nephews; and spiritual father, The Reverend Gary Rogan. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jonah McCoy Stringfield.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Friday, March 5, 2021 in Only Believe Outreach Ministry.
