Joyce A Glombowski

Joyce Ann Glombowski, 82, of Marysville and Lakeland, Florida, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.

She was born January 17, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Russell and Reona Ford. She married Leonard Glombowski on April 22, 1961 in St. Christopher Catholic Church, Marysville. He preceded her in death on February 22, 2019.

Joyce was employed with Farmer Jack for many years. She enjoyed playing golf, bingo, cards and games, visiting the casinos, and crafting. She was a longtime member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus #9526 Auxiliary. She was a sweet and loving mother and grandmother and was affectionately known as “Grandma Ski” to her grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, Julie (Ron) Davis and Brenda Wickings; four grandchildren, Jessica (Ben) Dunsmore, Jeremy Davis (Jessica Ross), Justin (Mitzi) Wickings and Joel (Lindsay) Wickings; eight great grandchildren, Amelia, Aaron, Peyton, Payton, Presley, Michael, Makenzie and Parker; two brothers, Gene (Joyce) Ford and Robert (Jeanne) Ford; a sister, Norma King; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and many friends in Michigan and Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Raymond Wickings Jr.; sister, Gloria (Von) Cavanaugh; sister-in-law, Janice Ford; and brother-in-law, Dean King.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be announced.
