Clarence J. “Red” Armstrong Jr., 85, of Fort Gratiot, passed away in his home on March 14, 2026 after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was born on June 8, 1940 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Clarence and Ora (Brennan) Armstrong.
