Julia Forstner

Julia Ann Forstner, 70, of Port Huron Township, died Saturday, April 29, 2017.

She was born March 1, 1947 in Port Huron to the late Clifford and Margaret Graham. She married James F. Forstner on October 24, 1964 in St. Paul Episcopal Church, Port Huron.

Julia enjoyed playing bingo at Dorchester Court Apartments, euchre at the Girl Scouts Office and cards with her girlfriends. She loved traveling up north, watching her children compete in sporting events, crafting and making candles.

She is survived by her husband, James; sons, James F. (Michelle) Forstner Jr., David P. (Rebecca) Forstner and Daniel E. (Tammy) Forstner; grandchildren, Sydney and Ethan Forstner, and Megan and Alexis Forstner; and close friends, Angie Nowiski, Golda Dimon and Barbara Oke.

Graveside services will take place at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Woodland Cemetery Chapel, Port Huron Township. Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
