Obituary

Beverly Louise D’Arcy, 86, of Kimball Township died Monday, March 26, 2018.

She was born October 30, 1931 in Port Huron to the late Richard and Araminta VanKeuren. She married Richard D’Arcy in 1948 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, Marysville. He preceded her in death on August 27, 2001.

Beverly was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. She was also a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge #343 where she participated in the Over 50’s Follies and the Vivians Women’s Auxiliary. Beverly enjoyed showing cats, especially Persians and Himalayans. She also enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycle riding and dancing.

Beverly is survived by her long-time compainion, Joe Rogalski; children, Thomas R. (Terry) D’Arcy, Debera M. Steinhaus, Denise A. (Charles) Goodmen, Dee’Ann M. D’Arcy (John Striepe) and Tammy Jo Green; eight grandchildren, Tom (Joyce) and Craig (Elizabeth) D’Arcy, Rob (Teri) and Ryan (Dana) Steinhaus, Charles and Paul (Mary Anne) Goodmen, Hollie (Stan) Pearson, and Justin (Chelsea) Green; 18 great grandchildren with another on the way; sister, Jeannie Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Monday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, 912 Lapeer Ave. A scripture service will be held at 6:00 pm.

Beverly will lie in state from 10:30 until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in St. Christopher Catholic Church. The Reverend David Bechill will officiate.

Burial will follow in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Pallbearers will be Beverly’s grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Christopher Catholic Church or the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
