Hassan Garcia

Hassan Garcia, 63, of Zephyrhills, Florida, formerly of Port Huron, died Monday, December 28, 2020.

He was born July 26, 1957 in Port Huron to the late Hassan and Delores Garcia.

While growing up in Port Huron, Hassan played on various softball leagues. Coaching was his passion, and he coached many teams over the years. He had a big heart and loved fundraising and helping the community through various organizations.

He is survived by two sons, Lance (Geneva) Garcia and Austin (Kortni) Garcia; grandchildren, Conner, Lauren and Wyatt; sisters, Debbie (Brian) Eagen, Patty Bennison, Sally Garcia, Linda (Jeff) Schiffelbine, and Barbara Garcia; brother, James Garcia; nieces, Jessica Proctor and Amanda Foote; nephews, Jason Eagen, Cory Garcia, Troy Garcia, Scotty Garcia, and Derek Owings; and several great nephews and great nieces.

Summer services will be announced.
