Lois M. Adams, 92, of Marysville, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
She was born March 15, 1921 in Port Huron to the late Vere and Hollis Bowman. She married Lewis R. Adams on February 19, 1941 in Port Huron. He died October 16, 2007.
Mrs. Adams retired as a supervisor with Michigan Bell. She enjoyed gardening and reading, and was a member of the Port Huron Musicale. She loved to get together for family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Sara (Charles Sr.) Ouellette; a son, V. William Adams; seven grandchildren, including Lisa (Michael) Rydzinski and Rebecca (Daya) Ram; ten great-grandchildren, including Richard, Katie and Megan Rydzinski, and Karan Ram; one great great-grandchild, Emmilla; her sister, Doris L. Castello; and several nieces and nephews, including Diane Guyer. She was preceded in death by a son, Lewis R. Adams III.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2013 in Marysville Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private family dinner will follow.
The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
