Philip J. Bucko, 70, of Marysville, died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, July 18, 2013.
He was born June 10, 1943 in Detroit to the late Edward and Beatrice Bucko. He married Diane J. Fussell on September 18, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Bucko was a buyer for Black and Decker prior to his retirement. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Disabled American Veteran. He was a member of Marysville American Legion Post #449 and Moose Lodge #158.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Diane; three children, Christopher (Eva Wu) Bucko, Craig (Tracy) Bucko and Julie (Dennis) Fraley; five grandchildren, Morgan and Nicklas Bucko, Allison, Anthony and Jonathon Fraley; three sisters, Barbara (David) Bailey, Beatrice (Joseph) Ostrowski and Connie Cwiertniewicz; a brother, David (Barbara) Bucko; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 22, 2013 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. The Reverend Ronald Victor of St. Isidore Catholic Church will officiate.
Memorials may be made to Marysville American Legion Post 449.
