LARA Notice Regarding State Shutdown of Swanson Funeral Home

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs summarily suspended the mortuary science establishment license of Swanson Funeral Home in Flint as well as the individual mortuary science license of its manager, O'Neil D. Swanson, II, due to multiple alleged violations of Michigan's Health and Occupational Codes and the Prepaid Funeral and Cemetery Sales Act.
