Logan Alvin Penrod, 98, of Port Huron, Michigan, died Friday, October 2, 2015.
He was born September 12, 1917 in Whiteriver, Arizona to the late Delbert and Lillie Penrod and lived most of his life on the White Mountain Apache Reservation.
Mr. Penrod served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by five children, Stephen (Elida) Penrod, Stuart (Debbie) Penrod, Mark (Lisa) Penrod, Linda (Leon) Penrod Lewis and Lorraine “Lori” (Wallace) Penrod; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; five stepchildren, Carolyn Matter, Judy Drake, Larson Williams, Jeanne Williams and Debbie Colburn; 10 step-grandchildren and 13 step great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Ft. Apache Cemetery, Arizona. Local arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
